Quick answer
Copy an Instagram Reel or video-post link and paste it into the downloader. Choose Get video, confirm the preview, select a returned format, and start the job. Save the completed file to your device. This workflow does not guarantee that every public-looking Reel can be accessed.
Copy an individual post link
Use the Reel or post sharing controls to copy its link; the exact menu label depends on the Instagram app or website version. A profile link is not an individual Reel link. If you copied extra text, check that the intended video is shown in the preview.
Handle carousel posts separately
For a post containing multiple videos, switch to Batch / playlist. Review each returned video and its format before downloading. Image-only posts do not produce video downloads, and mixed-media posts may not return every item as a video.
Why a visible Reel can fail
Instagram can require login or restrict source requests even when a link opens in your signed-in browser. Private account content and removed posts may be unavailable. Logging in on your device does not grant this server your browser access. Repeated requests do not remove those restrictions.
Quality, music, and reuse
Only formats returned for that Reel are available. Do not assume that a soundtrack is licensed for reuse outside Instagram or that a download grants reposting rights. Only download content you own or have permission to save. Public visibility is not permission to reuse a video, its soundtrack, or other copyrighted material. The tool does not circumvent privacy settings, age checks, regional restrictions, or other access controls. Some sources may be accessed through an operator-managed platform session; that session is not your account and grants no access beyond what it is itself permitted.
Save before expiry
Completed-file links expire 24 hours after completion. Save your file before expiry; availability during that window is not guaranteed. Files are physically deleted only while the cleanup worker is running, and deletion can fail, so a file may remain on the server after its link expires. This service is not permanent storage.
