Copyright and rights concerns
Responsible downloading and information to include when raising a copyright or other rights concern with SavaClip.
Downloading does not transfer rights
Videos, music, artwork, and performances may have different rights holders. Only save content with appropriate permission and in line with applicable law and platform terms. A public link or a successful download is not evidence that copying or reposting is authorized.
How to raise a concern
Email copyright reports to [email protected]. You can also contact @jdpug on Telegram, but email is preferred because it keeps a written record. Identify the work you believe is affected, the original source URL, the specific SavaClip material or activity at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reply address. Explain the concern clearly and provide only the information needed to locate and assess it. Do not publicly share access-token links or send identity documents in an initial message.
What happens after a report
Each report sent to [email protected] is reviewed. If more information is needed, a reply goes to the address you provide. For content hosted on the original platform, you can also use that platform’s own reporting process.
What this page does not promise
This page is a practical reporting guide, not a representation of statutory notice procedures, agent registration, or compliance certification in any jurisdiction. It does not guarantee removal, a response deadline, or an outcome. SavaClip cannot remove a video from its original platform.
Temporary files
Completed-file links expire 24 hours after completion. Save your file before expiry; availability during that window is not guaranteed. Files are physically deleted only while the cleanup worker is running, and deletion can fail, so a file may remain on the server after its link expires. This service is not permanent storage. Expiry is not a substitute for a rights-reporting process.
