How to download Facebook Reels you have permission to save
Use a Facebook Reel link, check available formats, and understand audience restrictions and temporary file storage.

Quick answer
Copy the link to an accessible Facebook Reel, paste it into the downloader, and choose Get video. Confirm the preview, select an available format, and start the download. When processing finishes, use Save file if the browser does not save it automatically. Availability depends on Facebook and the server’s access to the source.
Use the Reel link, not a profile
Open the individual Reel and use its share or copy-link option; labels vary by app version and device. A profile, feed, or group page is not the same as a direct video link. If a shortened share link fails, open it in your browser and copy the destination video URL.
Check audience and account restrictions
A Reel visible to you while signed in may be limited to friends, a group, or a particular audience. Your browser session is not automatically shared with this service. Do not submit account passwords or attempt to work around access controls. Deleted or restricted Reels may not resolve.
Choose the returned quality
Choose from the formats actually shown, not a promised HD or 4K preset. A larger frame size does not recover detail absent from the uploaded video. For a supported post containing several videos, use Batch / playlist to inspect separate returned items.
Save and use responsibly
Completed-file links expire 24 hours after completion. Save your file before expiry; availability during that window is not guaranteed. Files are physically deleted only while the cleanup worker is running, and deletion can fail, so a file may remain on the server after its link expires. This service is not permanent storage. Only download content you own or have permission to save. Public visibility is not permission to reuse a video, its soundtrack, or other copyrighted material. The tool does not circumvent privacy settings, age checks, regional restrictions, or other access controls. Some sources may be accessed through an operator-managed platform session; that session is not your account and grants no access beyond what it is itself permitted.
